Alumna launches Tech Kids Unlimited
Beth Rosenberg ’86 wanted to place her neurodiverse son in a supportive environment to further develop his technology skills. Little did she know that no such workshops existed close to home, and she’d become a leader in this space by forming the nonprofit organization Tech Kids Unlimited.

Nursing graduate tackles medical, academic obstacles
Batur Shairzadeh ’23 aims to care for underserved populations. His journey as a first-generation immigrant and first-generation college student hasn’t been easy. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at an early age, Shairzadeh and his family had difficulty understanding and managing the disease.
