GBM #8: Yoga Destress

Join SWE for a rejuvenating yoga session at our final GBM of the semester to relieve stress! We will have a guided practice with different yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques. This event is beginner friendly and a great way to end the semester. Remember to bring a yoga mat, towel, or blanket with you (we will not be providing any).
