Description:
As the Workflow Optimization Intern, you will contribute to improving the efficiency of internal processes related to appointment scheduling and data entry. You will work closely with our reception team to analyze workflows, identify areas for improvement, and help implement strategies to optimize scheduling and reduce bottlenecks. This position is ideal for students with an interest in nonprofit administration, operations management, and organizational behavior, particularly in a compassionate ecosystem like M&BPN. You will contribute to an environment that fosters diversity and care, allowing families to access the resources they need in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Analyze current reception and appointment scheduling workflows
Identify inefficiencies and provide suggestions for improvements
Assist in developing and testing new workflows
Collaborate with the reception team to train on new systems
Ensure new systems align with organizational goals and improve data accuracy
