Jen Hapgood, business manager and assessment specialist for Residential Life, was recognized with the Northeast Association of College and University Housing Officers (NEACUHO) Distinguished Service Award at its annual conference in June. The award is one of the highest honors the organization bestows upon a member. In being presented with the award, Hapgood was called a quiet leader who has helped to shape NEACUHO. Her accomplishments include serving as president, working on sustainability efforts, commissioning a self-study and creating the Past President Professional Development Award.

The Office of Research Advancement took home top honors from two recent competitions. Rachel Coker, director of research advancement, works with Martha Terry, creative services manager, on Binghamton Research and Discover-e.
