The School of Management team of Tarunpreet Singh, MBA’12; Nicholas Lauzze, MBA’12; and George Kurian, MBA’12, took first place at the Annual Whitman’s MBA Case Competition organized by the Whitman School at Syracuse University. The SOM team competed against 21 teams from different universities, with eight teams making it to the final-round challenge held at Syracuse University on March 23. The SOM team won the first place and $2,000 in prize money, beating out the two runner-up teams: University at Buffalo and University or Rochester. Associate Professor Debi Prasad Mishra mentored the team in the final round.
