Manas Chatterji, professor of management, was the keynote speaker in a meeting on Conflict Management, Peace Economics and Peace Science held at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, India – a University established by Mahatma Gandhi. There were about 300 participants including students. He also served as the keynote speaker at the 44th Annual Meeting of Regional Science Association International (RSAI) - Indian Section. Chatterji established the Indian and the Chinese sections of this premier professional organization and the Northeast U.S. section is located in the School of Management.
