Krishnaswami 鈥淗ari鈥� Srihari, dean of the Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science and distinguished professor of systems science and industrial engineering, has been selected to receive the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE )鈥檚 Fellow Award, which 鈥渞ecognizes outstanding leaders of the profession who have made significant, nationally recognized contributions to industrial engineering. A fellow is the highest classification of IIE membership.鈥� The IIE is the world鈥檚 largest professional body dedicated solely to industrial engineering.
