Koch Equity Development (KED) would like to invite Binghamton School of Management students to a virtual information session regarding internship opportunities. The session will be hosted on听January 27th, 2025 at 4:00pm听central time. (Link to join is below).

KED is based in Wichita, KS and is a principal acquisition arm of Koch Inc.听Since 2012 our team has invested over $35 billion听across buyouts, structured capital, and credit solutions spanning a range of industries.听 KED is currently recruiting for听4-5 analyst interns for the summer of 2026(December 鈥26 / May 鈥27 graduates).听We believe the session could be useful for interested students to learn more about our team, investment approach, and the internship opportunity.

A few details on the internship:

Goal: Internship is meant to mirror the role and responsibilities of a full-time analyst at KED.Mentorship: Each intern is assigned an Analyst or Associate as a mentor to help guide their professional development.Training: First 1 鈥 2 weeks used to learn financial modeling and investment presentation best practices, with the remainder of the program providing interns opportunities to work on live deals alongside fellow KED team members.Historical Conversion: 19 of our 29 investment professionals were hired via the internship program.

Women in Finance Spring 2025 Application
The Women in Finance Development Program is committed to investing in young females by providing leadership and professionals skills, mentoring opportunities, and guidance as they explore careers within the Finance Industry. The program seeks to educate students and prepare students for Front, Middle, and Back Office roles within the finance industry. Our goal is to assist students in identifying the career path and opportunities that best matches their skills sets. By joining you have the opportunity to network with several successful women currently in these career paths through events, speaker鈥檚 series and mentorship. 听We meet weekly to cover topics such as preparing for a finance interview, networking, the finance recruitment process, internship recruiting technical workshops and more. Join a group of supportive women who share similar interests!

Requirements you'll need to fulfill during the program:
Participation in the听Finance Society's Equity Research听Case Competition
Complete 2 mock interviews with an E-Board Member or upperclassmen
Attend meetings, speaker series, and other events
Conduct at least 3 networking calls each semester with professional alumni
Receive at least 2 resume critiques from upperclassmen
