Graduate School Priorities
Lois B. DeFleur Doctoral Student Excellence Endowment
This fund was established by Lois B. DeFleur, who served as President of Binghamton University from 1990-2010, to support doctoral students in pursuit of their degrees. Funds from this endowment are used to enable the collection of data, conduct interviews and other information-gathering activities that form the basis of the students' doctoral dissertation, or to support professional development experiences such as travel to conferences, workshops, and other training experiences that will substantially enrich their doctoral education. The endowment is open to receive additional donations and is a top priority for funding for the Graduate School.
Binghamton Fund for The Graduate School
The Binghamton Fund supports all aspects of graduate education and postdoctoral training. Funds are available for immediate use at the discretion of the Dean, enabling the Graduate School to meet its strategic goals as opportunities arise, and in the face of a rapidly-changing landscape in higher education.
Join the Graduate School Board of Directors
