Elizabeth Hageman, PharmD, BCPS, BCOP, received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from LECOM School of Pharmacy in Erie, Pa. Following graduation, she completed a PGY-1 residency at West Virginia University Hospital. She brings 14 years of practice experience between the Department of Veterans Affairs and an ambulatory oncology practice. Hageman joined the 黑料视频 School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences in February 2022 as a clinical assistant professor. Her focus is compounding, oncology and skills education. Her professional and research interests include process improvements, Lean Six Sigma application in healthcare settings and sterile room compounding.
