- Selection of search committee members: November 2024 – January 2025
- Selection of search firm and receipt of Chancellor’s charge: February 2025
- Search firm consultation on campus, preparation of position description: February 2025
- Position posting/recruitment: mid to late February to April 2025
- Review of candidates: late-April – May 2025
- Airport interviews: mid-May 2025
- Off campus interviews in a location to be determined : June – early July 2025.
- SUNY system review: July – August 2025
