The EAP is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community, faculty and staff. Workplace wellness for faculty and staff can positively impact employee health and job satisfaction, boost engagement and enhance productivity.

  • Virtual Calming Room
    • If you do not have a NYSUT ID because you are not a UUP/NYSUT member, you can check out the Virtual Calming Room. The Virtual Calming room is a collection of a variety of media that provides tools and strategies to promote a calmer emotional state.
  • CALM App
    • If you choose to download the application first:
      • Open the application and go to 'Profile'
      • Select the settings gear in the top left corner and then choose "Link organization subscription"  
      • Select "Redeem via Organization ID" and then input your NYSUT ID number.
    • If you're starting new to CALM:
      • and fill in e-mail information
      • Select next and then insert your NYSUT ID number
