Summer Community Service Project, Research or Creative Activities Option
Scholars who wish to use their $3500 award for research or creative inquiry, or an approved community service project, can do so by applying to the Summer Scholars and Artists Program (SSAP) or the Harpur Fellows Program, respectively. Research and creative activities and community service activities that are not affiliated with either the SSAP or Harpur Fellows Program are not eligible for the Scholars Award.

How to Participate:
- The student submits a proposal to the Summer Scholars and Artists Program (SSAP) Office or to the Harpur Fellows Program that includes a project rationale. Other materials may be required.
