Watson College of Engineering, Applied Science and Technology; and the College of Community and Public Affairs. The descriptions that follow explain the transcripts for each of these undergraduate schools and the information noted thereon.

ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ operates on a year-round schedule that includes a fall and spring semester, as well as winter and summer sessions.  Unless otherwise noted, the transcript is a complete semester-by-semester record of all courses taken and grades received regardless of whether or not the grade is included in the GPA computation.  All transcripts include notations for academic standing (institutional honors, probation, suspension, or dismissal.)

Grades for transfer coursework will be reflected on the transcript with the letter ‘T’.  ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ does not post grades received at other institutions. Transfer coursework will not be included in GPA calculations.
