Download the free app for B-Engaged, called 'CampusGroups,' to start joining clubs and organizations, exploring events and more!

With the click of a few buttons, this easy-to-use online hub connects students with over 500 University-recognized clubs, groups and organizations. Students can also explore, and quickly register for, countless office-hosted events, programs and activities in the system.

B-Engaged offers University offices and departments a unique opportunity to promote, and increase awareness of their events, as well as easily track event attendees, curate mailing lists, send engaging newsletters, deploy feedback surveys and beyond.

  • How do I log into B-Engaged?

    To log into the B-Engaged platform, you'll:

    • Navigate to .
    • Click the green ‘Sign In’ button.
    • Click the green 'BU Login’ button.
    • Enter your University credentials and click ‘Login.’
    • Copy/paste your 2-Factor Authentication code.
    • Click 'Login.'

    And you're in! Enjoy, explore and stay connected.

  • When are your upcoming B-Engaged training sessions?

    All of our future B-Engaged training sessions, both the general and feature-specific trainings, can be found on our training calendar in .

    If you can't attend a live B-Engaged training, explore all our on the on YouTube. 

  • Can I schedule a private training session just for my office or group?

    SAASE is happy to provide private, hands-on training sessions for your office or group. Contact bengaged@binghamton.edu to reach our Student Engagement Specialist, responsible for B-Engaged's training, outreach and marketing.

  • Are there any other additional resources I can utilize?

    The  on YouTube is filled with dozens of guided training videos AND full recorded training sessions to help you understand and more effectively utilize B-Engaged. Make sure to subscribe to keep up with all future videos!

    There are also a variety of training, troubleshooting and other resources SAASE can provide your group to better assist you in using B-Engaged. Email bengaged@binghamton.edu for those materials and with any other questions or concerns.

  • How do I obtain Officer access to my Group Page?

    To obtain Officer access to your B-Engaged Group, have another Officer add you as an Officer of your Group. If no one in your office or club/organization has access to your B-Engaged Group, contact SAASE at bengaged@binghamton.edu.

  • How do I add other Officers to my Group?

    To add other Officers to your B-Engaged Group, you'll:

    • Log into .
    • Head to your Group.
    • Click 'Dashboard' and select 'Officers.'
    • Click the brown 'Add Officer' button at the top right of the screen.
    • Enter the email or first/last name of the new Officer. 
    • Check 'Notify Each New Officer By Email' if applicable.
    • Click the 'Add' button.
  • How do I create an event?

    To create an event in B-Engaged, you'll:

    • Log into .
    • Search for and/or click on your Group.
    • Click ‘Events’ (left-hand menu bar).
    • Click the green ‘Create Event’ button (top right corner).
    • Fill in the appropriate event info in the event creation form.
      • PRO TIP: You can include relevant Event Tags to increase exposure for your event. To find Event Tags, click the ‘Events Tags’ drop-down in the very first section. Select all that apply.
    • Once you’re done, click either ‘Create Event,’ if completed, or ‘Save As Draft,’ to come back to/edit the event later.

  • Besides creating an event, what else can I use B-Engaged for?

  • What are some attendance tracking options I can utilize?

    There is a wide range of attendance tracking capabilities in B-Engaged, including:

    • Swiping user ID cards.
    • Scanning an event's custom QR code.
    • Entering attendees' emails in an online Kiosk.
    • Scanning attendees' custom B-Engaged QR codes.
    • And beyond!
